EXHINIT ~
A non-exclusive 15- foot wide easement, being seven and one-half
(7.50) feet on either side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the surface brass monument at the intersection of "M"
Street NE and 22nd Street NE in the City of Auburn, thence
North 90000100" East along the centerline of 22nd Street NE, 157.42
feet, thence North 0121'04" West 25.0 t feet to the North Right-of-
Way line of said 22nd Street NE and TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said
point being the start of the centerline of said 15.00 foot
easement; thence continuing North 0021104" West 146.43 feet; thence
South 89°44111" West 18.5 feet to a point 7.5 feet Westerly of an
existing fire hydrant and the terminus point of the centerline of
said described 15 foot wide easement, the side lines of said strip
of land to be shortened or lengthened to meet at all angle points
and commence at the North Right-of-Way line of said 22nd Street NE.
Said easement lies within the following described parcel;
That portion of the South 678 feet of the North half of the Wm.
Brannan Donation Claim No. 37 in the Northeast Quarter of Section
7, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington, lying Easterly of the Easterly margin of "M" Street
Northeast as conveyed to the City of Auburn by deed recorded under
Auditor's File No. 6662492; West of a line drawn
North 0019150" West from a point in the South line of said North
half which point is 2340 feet East of the Southwest corner of the
North half of said donation claim;
