Legal Description
That portion of Government Lot 15, and the I Brannon Donation Land Claim No. 38 in
Section 7, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the monumented centerline of Auburn Way North with
the South line of said Government Lot 15; thence South 87°3738" West along said South
line, 348.95 feet to the intersection of said South line with the Southerly projection of the
Westerly wall of the existing Mbertson's Store Building; thence North 00°56'38" East,
17.11 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 00°56'38" East and
along said Westerly wall, 216.00 feet; thence South 89°07'20" East, 193.01 feet to a point
