KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and for the consideration of incorporating the Extension into the City
system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantor(s) Wayne & Patricia Dawson, Gordon Dawson, Ed Stearns and Kim Marsh
Stearns do by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of
Auburn, a Municipal Corporation in King County, Washington, 300 LF of half-street, 153 LF of
8" waterline, 113 LF of 8" sanitary sewer and all appurtenances or any other associated public
facility as shown on the public facility extension plans referred to as FACO1-0012, the Dawson
Hills development. Situated within the following described real property.
