]KNOW ALL MF_N BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Grantors Leon & Louise Stucki do by these
presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, King
County, Washington, a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, the following public
improvements an 8" Diameter sanitary sewer line located along the west property line of
parcel #42104-9082-07 and parcel #42104-9083-06 as approved under the City of Auburn
FAC 0022-93.
The Grantors hereby warrant that we are the sole owners of the property above conveyed;
that we have full power to convey the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Grantors have executed these presents this 18t_ h day of
January. 1995.
