appurtenances or any other associated public facility as shown on the public facility extension

following described real property.

and the said Grantor(s) hereby warrant(s) that he is the sole owner(s) of all the property above
conveyed; that he has full power to convey the same and that lie will defend the title of the said

Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
