into the City system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby

hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a Municipal
Corporation in King County, Washington, One (1) Mobile Booster Pump Skid Package
furnished with 2-each 301-IP pumps, 1-each 2HP Pump, Control Panel, 80 Gallon Pressure
Tank, 12-inch diameter Suction Manifold and 12-inch Discharge Manifold and,
One (1) Permanent 1800 GPM Booster Pump Skid Package furnished with 2-each 15HP
Pumps, PACO Model 2070-5, I -each 75HP Pump, PACO Model 6012-3, 1-each 8-inch
Sparling Mag Meter Model FM656-085-110-1 Motor Control Center (MCC) all
appurtenances or any other associated public facility as shown on the public facility
extension plans referred to as FAC04-0006, Marchini Meadows (the Lea Hill Intertie
Booster System Upgrade) development. Situated within the following described real
property.
See EXHIBIT `A' ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE
A PART HEREOF.
and the said Grantor(s) hereby warrant(s) that it is the sole owner(s) of all the property
above conveyed; that it has full power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of
the said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and indemnify
the City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
