associated public facility as shown the public facility extension plans referred to as FAC0024-97,
the Porter Sewer Extension development. Situated within the following described real property.
THE SOUTH 6 ACRES OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE-SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 21
NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, IN KING COUNTY,
WASHINGTON EXCEPT THE EAST 200 FEET AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 132
FEET THEREOF, AND EXCEPT COUNTY ROAD.
and the said Grantor(s) hereby warrant(s) that he is the sole owner(s) of all the property above
conveyed; that he has full power to convey the same and that he will defend the title of the said
Grantee against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and' indemnify the City of
