KNOW ALL PEOPLE BY THESE PRESENTS for and in consideration
of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and sufficient
consideration, reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantors: Carl Haglund and Caryn Spain, Husband and
Wife do by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign,
transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, King County
Washington., a Municipal Corporation, the following public
improvents: a sanitary sewer extension. Situated within the
following described real property:

Survey recorded under King County Recording No. 8004290408;
being a portion of Section 11, Township 21 North, Range 4

King County.
