system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acL-lowledged, the
undersigned Grantor(s) Sellen Construction Company, Inc., a Washington corporation do/does
by these presents hereby convey, sdtover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a
Municipal `Corporation in King County, Washington, 1,510 LF of 24" storm water drainage line
and all appurtenances or any other associated public facility as shown on the public facility
extension plans referred to as FAC0045-98, the Sellen Property development. Situated within
the following described real property.

PART HEREOF.
and the said Grantor(s) hereby warrant(s) that he/she/they/it is/are the sole owner(s) of all the
property above conveyed; that he/she/they/it has/have full power to convey the same and that
he/she/they/it will defend the title of the said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully
making claim thereto, and indemnify the City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in
defending title.
