system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantor(s) Auburn Marketplace Investors, LIX, does by these presents hereby
convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation in
King County; Washington, 1,300 LF of street, 600 LF of 12" waterline, and all appurtenances or
any other associated public facility as shown on the public facility extension plans referred to as
CD FAC0024-99, the `A' Street NE - Auburn Marketplace development. Situated within the
fallowing described real property.
