DECLARATION OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
being the fee owner(s) of the following described property:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
12, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, in King County,
Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence
S 86 21131"E along the North line of said Northwest Quarter 36.03 feet
to the East line of the West 36.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter, and
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S 86 21'3111E 526.36 feet;
