KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and for the consideration of incorporating the Extension into the City
system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,,the

conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that they will defend the title of the
