the following public improvements water transmission lines and
appurtenances thereto
Situated within the following described real property:
See Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
and the said Grantor(s) hereby warrant that they -is4are the sole owners of
all the property above conveyed; that they have full power to convey the
same and that they will defend the title of the said Grantee against any
and all persons lawfully making claim thereto.

point of beginning. The easement will be a 15 FT. wide
easement the centerline will be as follows:
