into the City system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor Developers Northwest, Inc. does by these presents
hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a Municipal

sanitary sewer and all appurtenances or any other associated public facility as shown on the
public facility extension plans referred to as FAC03-0004, the 3rd Street Short Plat
