KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor (s) AUBURN SCHOOL DISTRICT
NO. 408 do by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer
and warrant to the City of Auburn, King County, WA., a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
the following public improvements Fire mains installed as part of the Olympic
Junior High, Phase III - Additions/Modernizations project under City of Auburn
Building Permit No. 13768 Situated within the
following described real property
IN THE COUNTY OF KING, STATE OF WASHINGTON:
The west half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
Section Nineteen (19), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Five (5) W.E.M;
EXCEPT the south 30 feet thereof conveyed to King County for road purposes
by deed recorded under auditor's file No. 2551381, records of said county.
and the Grantor (s) hereby warrant that they are the sole owners of all the
property above conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that they
will defend the title of the said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully
making claim thereto.
