SANITARY SEWER
A strip of land 15.00 feet in width, over portions of the north half of the southwest
quarter of the southeast quarter and of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
Section 21, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, said strip
of land having 7.50 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the south quarter corner of said Section 21; from which point, the south-
west comer of said Section bears N89'36118"W; thence N00'21'13"E, along the north-south
center of section line of said section, a distance of 657.22 feet to the southwest comer
of the north half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said Section 21;
thence 589'23'40"E, along the south line of said north half, 170.13 feet; thence
N00036'20"E 86.68 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described centerline;
thence N80'35'45"W 228.00 feet; thence N54'06'30"W 95.53 feet to a point hereinafter re-
