KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE: PRESEN'rs that for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof

do by these presents hereby convey, serover, ass;.gn, transfer
and warrant to the City of Auburn, King County, Wash., a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
the following public improvements 2 fire hydrants including lines connecting

QA 15.00-foot-wide easement for a water line over a portion of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 27, T 21 N,
R 5 E, W.M., in King County, Washington, the centerline of said 15.00-foot-wide easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly margin of 32nd Ave. SE, a distance of 324 feet northeasterly of the northerly
margin of Auburn-Enumclaw Highway (as measured along said margin of 32nd Ave. SE), the True Point of Beginning of
said centerline, thence southerly, perpendicular from said 32nd Ave. SE, a distance of 106.5 feet to the terminus
of said easement centerline.
Together with another 15.00-foot-wide water easement, the centerline being described as follows: Beginning at a
point on said margin of 32nd Ave. SE a distance of 507 feet northeasterly of said margin of Auburn-Enumclaw Highway
(as measured along 32nd Ave. SE), the True Point of Beginning of said centerline, thence southerly, perpendicular
from said 32nd Ave. SE, a distance of 114 feet, to the terminus of said centerline.
and the said Grantor (s) hereby warrant that they are the sole owners of all the
property above conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that they
will defend the title of the said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully
making claim thereto.
