KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of

system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantor La Pianta LLC does by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign and
transfer to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation in King County, Washington, 743 linear
feet of 12" and 75 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer and all appurtenances thereto (the "Facilities"
herein), all lying within 2-1/2' on either side of the centerline of said Facilities, said centerline
being located as described and shown as follows:.

and the said Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owner of the Facilities above conveyed;
that it has fbll power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of the said Grantee
against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and indemnify the City of Auburn for

for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and on oath stated that he was duly elected, qualified
and acting as said officer of the corporation and that he was authorized to execute the said
