system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantor(s) OPUS NW, LLC do/does by these presents hereby convey, setover,
assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation in King County,
