and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantor(s) King County Water District No. 111 do/does by these presents hereby
convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation in
King County, Washington, an 8 inch meter, called KCWD No. 111 Billing Meter on the attached
drawing, along with the remote read mounted to the utility pole adjacent to the meter vault, along
with conduits and wires, along with approximately 7.5 feet of 8-inch DIP. The items conveyed are
shown on the attached drawings.

Attached is an executed Bill of Sale transferring ownership of the Billing meter,
pipe and appurtenances constructed by the District.
You will note that the Project costs for this item is included on Page 4 of 4. This
cost should be included in the line item of Exhibit D of the Interlocal Agreement
No. 2, Water District #111 Meter.
