A strip of land 60 feet wide and approximately 210 feet long in Tract I of
Town of Christopher, according to plat recorded in Volume 7 of Plats, Page
30 of records of King County, Washington, bounded on the East by the West
line of the East 682.4 feet of said Tract I, on the West by the East line
C~ of Parcel E of Item 2 as condemned in King County Superior Court Cause No.
v\ 718254, on the South by the North line of 37th Street N. W., as condemned
in said cause and on the North by a line 60 feet Northerly of and parallel
with the'said North line of 37th Street N. W.
SUBJECT TO the encroachment of the old dwelling house located on the North
9 feet of the right of way until such time as the old house is removed or
demolished.
