King Donation Land Claim No. 40, in Section 6, 't'ownship 21 North, Range 5 East, and
Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 5 East, W.M. described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north margin of 40u` Street Northeast; said point being the
intersection of said north margin with the east line of the H, Jones Donation Land Claim
No. 39 as shown on City of Auburn Lot Line Adjustment LLA-2-88 as recorded in King
County records under recording number 8803070755;
Thence, South 89°5726" West, 57.90 feet to a point of cusp;
Thence, along a non tangent curve to the left, the radial center of which bears North
00002'34" West, having a radius of 22.00 feet, through an included angle of 89°02' 14".
for an arc distance of 34.19 feet;
