KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That METROPOLITAN FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF SEATTLE, a corporation
the owner and holder of that certain mortgage bearing date the 13th day of October , 1961,
executed by GLEN 0. VIG and MARGARET VIG, his wife
to secure payment of the sum of FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100-------
($.5, 000.00) Dollars and interest,
and recorded in the office of the County Auditor of King County, State of Washington,
on the 16th day of October , 1961 , in Volume 4319 of Mortgages,
at page 141 , being Auditor's File No. 5340779, for value received, does hereby release and discharge
from the lien of the said mortgage the following described portion of the mortgaged premises, situate
in the County of King State of Washington, to-wit:
That portion of the Donation Land Claim of the Heirs at Law of
Harvey H. Jones and his wife, Eliza Jane Jones, both deceased,
designated as Claim No. 39, being part of Section 6 in Township 21,
North, Range 5 East, W.M. described as follows:
Beginning at a point 1487.34 feet East and 2286.76 feet South of
the Northwest corner of said Donation Land Claim No. 39; thence
West 264 feet; thence North 40 feet; thence 'East 264 feet; thence
South 40 feet to the point of beginning; situate in the City of
Auburn, County of King, State of Washington.
But this release shall not impair the lien of the said mortgage as to the lands therein described not
hereby released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
this 3rd day of December , 1968.
