KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That The Bank of Kent

the owner and holder of that certain mortgage bearing date the 18th day of November 19 63
executed by White River Buddhist Church, a Washington corporation
to secure payment of the sum of ($40,000.00)

and interest, and recorded in the office of the County Auditor of King County, State of
Washington, on the 19th day of November 19 63 , in Volum04756
of Mortgages, at page 312 , being Auditor's File No. 5666734 , for value received, does hereby
release and discharge from the lien of said mortgage the following described portion of the mortgaged premises,
situate in the County of King , State of Washington to-wit,
That portion of the Harvey H. Jones Donation Claim Described as followst
Beg. at the SW corner of said Donation Claim; Thence E 1518.00'; Thence N
445.00'; Thence W 12.00'; Thence N 1842.56', more or less, to the N line of

along said N line 6591, more or less, to a point 808.50' E of the W line of

195.27' to a point of curve; Thence Ely on a curve to the left having a
radius of 1027.451, through a delta angle of 5044121" an arc distance of
102.91' to a point of reverse curve; Thence Ely on a curve to the right
having a radius of 967.451, through a delta angle of 5044121" an arc distance
of 96.90 feet to a point 20.00' S of the N line of the Sk of said Donation
Claim; Thence S 89050148" E 264.08' to the W line of Auburn Way North• thence
N 0004148" W 20.00' to the true point of beg; EXCEPT ANY PORTION THEROF
LYING WITHIN 88TH AVENUE SOUTH.
But this release shall not impair the lien of the said mortgage as to the lands therein described, not hereby released.
