margin, a distance of 84.95 feet; Thence S 89°28'52" E a distance of 100.00 feet, to the westerly margin of
proposed "I" Place NE, Thence S (X)'3 1'08" W, along said proposed margin, a distance of 34.95 feet;
"Thence along said proposed margin on the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 75.00 feet, a central
angle of 89°59' 57" and an arc length of 117.81 feet; Thence along said proposed margin on the arc of a
curve to the right with a radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle of 90°00'03" and an arc length of 39.27 feet, to
the True point of Beginning.
ALSO KNOWN AS Tract "A" of City of Auburn proposed plat of "Velvet Homes Estates

That portion of the west 348 feet of George E. King Donation Land Claim Number 40 in
Section 6, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, lying
south of a line described as Boundary Line Agreement recorded under King County
Recording Number 7903190605;
EXCEPT that portion lying northerly of the north line of the south 241.33 feet of the
north 316.33 feet thereof,
AND EXCEPT that portion thereof, lying southerly of the north line of that tract of land
conveyed by deed recorded under King County Recording Number 7712301286, being
