the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
All that portion of the following described tracts of land lying westerly
of a line drawn parallel with and 36 feet easterly when measured at right
angles from the centerline of Auburn Way North:
The North 1/2 of the North 7 acres of the following described tract:
Beginning at a point South 7 chains and 92 links from the Northeast corner
of the Harvey H. Jones Donation Claim in Section 6, Township 21 North,
Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, AND Section 31, Township 22
North, Range 5 East, W.M.; thence West 11 chains and 4 links; thence South
12 chains and 13 links; thence East 11 chains and 4 links; thence North 12
chains and 13 links to the point of beginning;
EXCEPT the North 75 feet of the West 130 feet thereof;
EXCEPT that portion for Auburn Way N.E. (State Road 45).
