QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTORS DWIGHT A. GARRETT and DORIS V. GARRETT, husband and
wife for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, conveys and quit claims to the CITY OF AUBURN, a Washington municipal
corporation, the real property more particularly described below and situated in the County of
King, State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor therein:
Tract X, City of Auburn Short Plat No. SP-15-81, recorded under King County
recording no. 8207299002, being a portion of the James A. Lake Donation Claim
Nos. 38 and 41 and the Joseph Brannon Donation Claim No. 38, Section 12,
Township 21 North, Range 4 East and Range 5 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington.
Together with that portion of Lot 2 of said short plat described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly southwest corner of said Lot 2, also being the
southwest corner of said. Tract X;
Thence S88-49-52E, along the southerly boundary of said lot 2, a distance of
60.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Tract X;
Thence N00-54-08E, along the east line of said Tract X, a distance of 2,174.89
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence N50-45-15E, a distance of 42.22 feet to the south marginal line of 30th
Street NW, also being the north line of said Lot 2;
Thence N88-49-52W, along said north line, a distance of 32.27 feet, to the
northeast corner of said Tract X;
Thence S00-54-08W, along the east line of said Tract X, a distance of 27.37 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
This deed is given under the threat of and in lieu of Eminent Domain.
