O THIS DEED, made this 2 eday of 2000, between U S WEST Communications, Inc., a Colorado corpo tion, of the County of Arapahoe and State of Colorado ("Grantor"), and the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, whose legal address is 25 West Main, Auburn, Washington 98001-4998 ("Grantee"), to the same extent and purposes as if the rights herein granted had been acquired under the Eminent Domain Statute of the State of Washington.
