The grantors, Frank D.Merri tt and Kathleen Merritt, husband
and wife, both residents of Auburn,Vlashington,for and in consid-
eration of (lie ($1.00) Dollar, in hand paid, and for knd in con-
sideration of the benefits to accrue to the grantors herein,
their 'rieirs, executors, admini stratars and assigns, by the use of
the real estate hereinafter described as a public street,for
the purpose of widening that certain street in the City of Au-
burn now known as "Shrader Avenue", bargain i and convey to the
City of Auburn, a City of the Third Class situate in the County
of 3Cing, in the State of Washington, for use as a public street,
and for such use only, the following described real estate;
All that certain tract or strip of land bounded as follows:
Commencing at a point on the east line of Government Lot
12 in Section 13, Townshlp 21 north of Range -5 east
295, feet and 3 inches south of the north-east corner of
said Lot 12, running thence westerly on a line parallel with
the-north line of said Lot 12 a distance of 330 feet to the
true point of beginning,running thence southerly on a line
parallel with the east line of said Lot 12 a distance of
264 feet and 3 inches to a point, thence easterly on a line
parallel with the north line of said Lot 12 a distance of
15 and 34100 (15.34) feet to a point, thence northerly on
a. line parallel with the east line of said Lot 12 a dis-
tance of 264 feet and three inches to a point, thence wes--
tprly on a line parallel with the north line of said Lot
12 a distance of 15.34 feet to the xtTUe point of beginning;
containing approximately .093 of an acre;
Situated in the County of King, State of Washington.
