st deratiors, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, convey and quit-
claim to. The City of Auburn,a city of the third class Situated in King
Couzity,Washington, for the purpose of the sane being used as a public
street and highway, and for such purpose only,al•1 interest in the follow--
ing described real estate;
A11 that certain strip. or tract of -land situate in Goverlunent Lot
13, ir.S coon 1'89ToWi7SYiip 21 north of Range 5 east W.M.,particularly
bounded.`as follows,to:wit
Begin ing at a point on the north -line of said Government lot ►3, a
distance of 1360 feet west from a stone monument at the north--east
corner of said Lot X39 running thence south 09401 i30u L..on a line
parallel with D Street S,T.(former-]:y called, West Street) a distance
