D. *0 and CORA I.:AY AUGUSTAVO, husband and wife, of Auburn, Ling County, 7ashington, for the con- sideration of Ten Dollars (w10) and other valuable consideations to them paid convey and quit claim to the City of Auburn, a,muni- cipal corporation, all interest in the following described real estate: Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot Five (5) of Riverview Addition to the City of Auburn, Bing County, 3ashington, according to plea recorded in Volume 9 of flats at Page 90 thereof, of the records of said County, said point being the intersection of the South line of East Kain Street, formerly First Street, in said City, and the Last line of a tract of lend conveyed to the City of auburn b~T one F. OT Neill and Libbie O'Neill, his wife, as shown b-,y deed re- corded in Volume 946 of Deeds at Fage 93 thereof, of the records of ring County, dashington, and being 3ou'th of a point u,on the center line of said East 11'ain Street distant ITorth 86° 56' 30" East 275.5 feet from the Stone Monument at the intersection of First and Main Streets in the City of Auburn, the same being the more ,.Westerly of two stone monuments at or near said point, which westerly monument was recognized by W. C. Whitnall, former City Engineer of the City of I=uburn, as a Government quarter section corner; running thence South along the Last line of the said tract conveyed by the said J. F. O'Neill and Libbie O'ITeill to the City of auburn by deed above described, recorded in Volume 946 of Deeds at Page 93 of the Records of King County, "Iashington, a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence -last on a line parallel with the i;orth line of Lots Five (5) and aix (6) of Riverview addition above described, a distance of 34 feet to a point thence ITorth parallel with the mast line of said tract last above mentioned a distance of 100 feet to a point upon the Iorth line of said Lot Six (6) of Riverview addition; thence lest 34 feet along and uoon the I:orth line of said Lots Five (5) and Six (6) of Riverview Addition to the point and place of beginning. This deed is intended to correct any and all discrepancies and defects in that certain deed made, executed and delivered by J. F. O'Neill and Libbie O'Neill, husband and riife, to the City of Auburn, which deed bears date-January 16, 1918, and was recorded in the office of the County Auditor of Ding County, Jashington, 1-.arch 30, 1918 and recorded in Volume 1012 of Deeds at Page 494 thereof of the records of Ping County, Jashington, the grantees herein being the successors in interest of the said F. O'Neill and :~ibbie O'Neill, and this deed is given to the said City of Auburn by the grantees and accepted and received by the said City of Auburn in lieu of the said deed recorded in Volume 1012 of Deeds at gage 494 thereof, above described.
