other considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
convey and quit claim to.the City of Auburn, a City of the third
class, situate in the County of King, in the State of Washington
for use as a public alley, and for such use only, all -interest
in the following described real(estate:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot .Forty-

ning thence westerly along the south marginal line
