N described real estate situated in the County of King, State of
QUIT CLAIM DEED
PETROLEUM FACILITIES, INC., a corporation, Grantor, for and
in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration,
conveys and quit claims to DAVID A. ROTTING, individually and as
Executor of.the Estate of Ruby S. Botting, deceased, and LEWIS A.
BOTTING and LUCILLE C. BOTTING, his wife, Grantees, the following
Washington:
That portion of Lot 18. of River View Addition to Auburn,
as recorded in Volume 9 of Fiats, page 90, records of
King County, Washington, described.as follows:

.Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 18; thence
! -J north 00°21'20" east along the westerly boundary of said
..Lot 18, 57.40 ft. to a point on the southerly margin of
2nd Street S.E., said point being the True Point of
Beginning; thence north 88°23'40" east along said southerly
margin of 2nd Street Southeast 19.33 ft. to the P.C. of
- a curve having a radius of 20.00 ft. a radial bearing
of south 1036'20" east and a central angle of 88°02'20
thence southwesterly along said curve 30.73 ft, to the
westerly boundary of said Lct 18; thence north 00°21'20"
east, 19.33 ft. to the true point of beginning.
The intent of this deed is to release the above described
property from the terms of that certain lease dated September 6,
1962, recorded December 18, 1962, under Auditor's File No. 5520976,
records of King County, Washington, as now operative between Grantor
and Grantees.
