together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:

That portion of Block 12 of French's Addition to the Town of Slaughter, as described
in Volume 5 of Plats, Page 53, records of King County, Washington, described as
follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 10 o£ said Block 12; thence
N 00°00'18" E along the west line of said Lot 10, a distance of 8.81 feet to a
point on a curve having a radius of 18.00 feet, said curve having a radial bearing
of N 46°20'22" E; thence southeasterly along said curve through a central angle
of. 35°43'53", an arc distance of 11.23 feet; thence N 86°48'56" E parallel with the
south line of said Block 12, a distance of 224.70 feet; thence N 03 11,104" W, a
distance of 0.50 feet so a curve having a radius of 29.00 feet, said curve having a
radial bearing of N 03 11104" W; thence northeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 87°13'28", an arc distance of 44.15 feet thence N 00°24'32" W
parallel to the east line of said Block 12, a distance of 193.50 feet to the north
line of said Block 12; thence N 86°51'04" E along said north line a distance of
6.01 feet to the west right-of-way line of "M" Street, said point also being the
west line of land as described in Quit Claim Deed conveyed to the City-of Auburn
by H.H.A. and Minnie Hastings and J. N. and Faye Shaughnessy, recorded under Auditor's
File No. 2496213; thence S 00°24'32" E parallel to the east line of said Block 12,
a distance of 224.63 feet"to the north right-of-way line of East Main Street
(60 feet wide); thence S 86°48'56" W along said north line a distance of 268.06
feet to the beginning and containing 2,330.5 square feet, more or less.
