That portion of Lot 1, Block 1, Blitzer's Addition to the City of Auburn, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 45 of Plats, page 10, in King County, Washington, said portion
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 1;
Thence along the south line of said Lot 1 North 89° 53' 52" West a distance of 12.26 feet;
Thence leaving said south line, North 32°23'09" East a distance of 12.83 feet to a point on the
east line of said Lot 1 located 12.12 feet northwesterly from said southeast corner of said Lot 1;
Thence along the east line of said Lot 1 South 26°23'52" East a distance of 12.12 feet to the point
of beginning.
Acquisition area includes 67 square feet (0.0015 acres), more or less.
