GARDEN TRACTS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 6 of Plats, page
84, records of King County, Washington; EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed to
King County by deed recorded under Recording No; 4749981 for Primary State Highway
No. 2; AND EXCEPT the North 10 feet of the West 150 feet thereof; and That portion
of the unnumbered Tract, Block A, OGLE'S GARDEN TRACTS, according to the plat there
of recorded in Volume 6 of Plats, page 84, records of King County, Washington, lyin,
East of "C" Street Southeast, lying South of the South line of the North 60 feet of
Lot 3 in said Block extended Westerly. EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed to King
County by Deed recorded under Recording No. 4767265 for Primary State Highway No. 2
All situate in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington.
SUBJECT TO easement and conditions for inspecting, connecting and repairing a sewer
easement as recorded under AF#4316635; Relinquishment of all existing and future
