THIS INDENTURE made this lst day of June, 1916, between
TERMINAL PARK INVESTMENT COMPANY, a corporation, duly organized
and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Washington, as firty party, and the CITY OF AUBURN in King
County, Washington, a municipal corporation, as second party,
WITNESSETH:
That the said first party for and in consideration
of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable
considerations to it in hand paid by the said second party,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these
presents release, remise and forever quit claim unto the
said second party the following described property in Terminal
Park Addition to the City of Auburn, King County, State of
Washington, to-wit:
All the water pipe and pipe
line
connection
owned by
first party in

the City
of Auburn,
King County, Washington, this to be a complete sale, conveyance
and transfer by first party to second party of all water pipes
or water systems in and upon the Terminal Park Addition to
the City of .Auburn. This conveyance is made by first party
and accepted by second party with the express agreement and
reservation to the effect that none of the owners of property,
and that none of the property within Terminal Park Addition
to the City of Auburn shall in any way be taxed or assessed
for the present pipe line, the same having been fully paid for,
by the owners of Terminal Park Addition.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part
has caused these presents to be executed by its officers duly,
authorized, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
the day and year first above written.

the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath
stated that they were authorized to execute said instrument
and that th6 seal affixed is the corporate seal of said
corporation.
