D. between the United States of Amerioa, acting by and through the PUBLIC HOUSING ADMINISTRATION, under and pursuant to the powers and authority contained in the provisions of Fablie Law 815, Slat Congress, as Grantor, and AUBURN SCHOOL DISTRICT N0. 408, KING COUNTY, AUBURN, MASHINGTON, as Grantee. WITNESSETH. That the said Grantor for good and valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, all interest in the following described property situate in King County, State of Washington, to-wits A portion of the Now.* of the N.E.} of Section 19; Twp. 21 N., R BE., 1f.H., described as follows; Beginning at the N.W. Corner of said subdivisions thence Best, along the north line of said Section 19, 250 feet to the Point of Beginnings Thence continue East along said north line, 407.25 feet to a stone swnumsnt marking the center lines of Eighth St. S.E. and "K" St. S.E. in the City of Auburn; thence S. 10013110"W, 104.89 feet; thence S. 22002155"$., 78.00 feet; thence S. 68010135"9;., 257.02 feet; thence N. 89049150"If. 184.28 feet to a point 250 feet east of the west line of said subdivision; thence N. 100214511E., parallel to the west line of said subdivision, 270.58 feet to the Point of Beginning; Situate in the County of King, State of Cfashington together with all buildings located thereon. Subject, however, to all existing easements and rights of way, and to the reservation not forth in the provisions of Executive Order No. 9908 of December 5, 1947 (12 F. R. 8223) as followas All uraniusp, thorium, and all other materials determined pursuant to section 5 (b) (1) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1946 (60 Stat. 761) to be peculiarly essential to the production of fissionable material,, contained, in whatever concentration, in deposits in the lands covered by this instrument are hereby reserved for the use of the United States together with the right of the United States through its authorised agents or representatives at any time to enter upon the land and prospect for, mine, and remove the same, making just oompensation for any damage or injury occasioned thereby. However, such land may be used, and any rights otherwise acquired by this disposition may be exercised, as if no reservation of such mpter- ials had been made; except that, when such use results in the extrac- tion of any such material from the land in quantities which may not be transferred or delivered without a license under the Atomic von 3053 pm 77 ~f Energy Act of 1946, as it now exists or may hereafter be ainended, * such material shall be the property of the United States Atomic Energy Commission, and the C, ission may require delivery of such r_ material to it by any possessor thereof after such material has been separated as such from the ores in which it vas contained. If the Commission requires the delivery of such material to it, it shall pay to the person mining or extracting; the same, or to such other person as the Commission determines to be entitled thereto, such some, including profits, as the Commission deems fair and i? reasonable for the discovery, mining, development, production, extraotion, and other services performed with respect to such mater- ial prior to suoh delivery, but such payment shall not include any amount on account of the value of such material before removal from its place of deposit in nature. If the Commission does not require delivery of such material to it, the reservation hereby made shall be of no further force or effect.
