That portion of the Southwest 4 of the Southeast 4 of Section 202
0 Township 21 North, Range 5 East, .101. Kin& County, Washington, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 30 feet West of the East line of said Southwest 4
of the Southeast 4 and 150 feet North of the Northerly margin of
Primary State Highway No 5, revision according to plan on file in the
office of the State Highway Department approved June 17, 1941, said
point being the Northerly corner of a tract of land conveyed to the
