Starting at the easterly margin of Auburn Way North (State S. R. 167) and the
west margin of "D" Street NE (Kent-Auburn Road) (86th Avenue South), Washington
State Highway center line Station P.O.T. 128 + 63.35 as on February 26, 1934;
thence northerly on a curve to the right 45.32 feet arc length, whose said
curve's delta angle is 1046'32", a radius of 1402.40 feet, tangent length is
22.66 feet, to the True Point of Beginning (T.P.O.B.); thence northerly on a
curve to the right, 125.04 feet arc length, whose said curve''s radius is
