Description of centerline
Beginning at engineer's station 12C. + 010 on the centerline of the Stuck
River Road (Oravetz Road) as established by the King Counti Cormissioners,
thence S 53°16'2!x" E 806.83 feet,, thence on a curve to the left, radius of
1,390.53 feet, central'angle of 8°13'36" a curve distance of 199.71 feet,
thence s 610301 E 457.27 feet, thence on a curve to the right, radius of 500
feet, central angle of 26°30' a curve distance of 231.256 feet, thence S 35' E
532.27 feet to a point from. which the,AT.E. corner of Section 5, T.20
R. 5 E.W.1211. bears S 35o E 250 feet, thence on a curve to the right, radius of
830 feet to the south line of Section 32, T.21 pd., R. 5 E.W.H.

It is understood the County will construct an access to the south for
the existing road at Sta 1l + h5•
It is understood, this Deed shall be null and void if construction is
not started by July 1st, 1966.

each side of said described right-of-way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications for highway
purposes, and to the same extent and purpose as if the rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation !i
