under Recording Number 9112040579, being a portion of the northeast quarter of
Section 36, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington
(also known as Lot 1 of City of Auburn Short Plat Number SPL-002-93 as recorded
under Recording Number 9304081114), said portion described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 1;
Thence North 89033'14" West along the north line of said Lot 1 a distance of 6.00
feet to the Northwest corner of the lands conveyed to the City of Auburn in Statutory
Warranty Deed recorded under Recording Number 9505161203, and the True Point
of Beginning;
Thence along the west line of said lands conveyed to the City of Auburn South
