Third Addition to Auburn as recorded in Vol. 20 of

The east 10.00 feet of the above described tract of
land together with:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the above described
tract of land; thence South 88019120" West along the
northerly boundary of said tract of land 10.00 feet to
the TPOB; thence South 02007155" East parallel to said
"F" St. S.E. 19.84 feet to the point of curve of a
curve from which the center of said curve bears
South 87052105" West, 20.00 feet; thence northwesterly
along said curve 31.26 feet to the northerly boundary
of the above described tract of land; thence North
