Moratorium -100 Year Floodplain* (Norman/Baker/Heid) 03.10.8 Resolution No. 4416, adopted November 17, 2008, established an initial six-month moratorium on the filing, receipt, and approval of applications for development within areas of the city located within, in whole or in part, designated 100 Year Floodplains as determined by the Page 1 City of Auburn Council Meetinq Aqenda October 19, 2009 Federai Emergency Management Agency. A six month extension of the moratorium is proposed. Resolution No. 4476 extended the moratorium six months. An additional six month extension of the moratorium is proposed. 2. Proposed 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan and 2010 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan* (Norman/Wilson/Hursh) 03.4.1.7 City Council conduct a public hearing on amendments to the City of Auburn Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development and 2010 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan. 3. Housing and Urban Development Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program * (Norman/Wilson/Hursh) 03.4.1.7 City Council conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program Application for use in construction of City of Auburn's Community Center B.
