Summary: Update Committee on the Green River flood preparation and status.

Summary: Extension of moratorium on filing, receipt and approval of applications for
development within areas of the City located, wholly or in part, in floodplains as
determined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in response to Endangered
Species Act.
