Cit Council to a rove Amendments to Annual On-Call A reements for 2010.
Background Summary:
The annual on-call agreements are used to supplement the City's staff resources or to perform
specialized services not available within the City. Having these resources available provides the City with
the flexibility to complete small tasks or projects in an efficient and timely manner as they are needed
through out the year.
Each Agreement is written to provide the total "Not to Exceed" amount for the year. Expenditure under
each agreement is authorized by the City through a series of Task Orders. Each Task Order provides a
specific Scope of Work, Schedule, and Budget for the consultant. In addition, the budget for each Task
Order must be available in the City's budget either through professional services or project budgets prior
to approval of the Task Order.
For 2010, the City will execute time extension amendments for the majority of the existing On-Call
Agreements as there is sufficient balance remaining in the current Agreements to carry-out anticipated
2010 work. The following Agreements, however, will also require the Amendments to incorporate
additional monies for 2010. The total Agreement "Not to Exceed" amount after the amendments are
shown below.
