Summary: Extend and modify Ordinance 6232 for current use application criteria,
appointing members to the Joint Determining Authority, and assessing application fees.
B. Ordinance No. 6280 – 2009 Comprehensive Plan Amendments
(Chamberlain – 15
minutes)
Summary: Recommend to the City Council the 2009 Comprehensive Plan Amendments
as outlined in the ordinance.

A. Update on Green River Flood Preparation
(Dowdy – 15 minutes)
Summary: Update Committee on the Green River flood preparation and status.
B. Proposed Updates to the 2010–2015 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP)
(Para/Hankins – 10 minutes)
Summary: The City is required to annually prepare and adopt a comprehensive
Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is the detailed programming
document for transportation improvements over a six year period.
C. Ordinance No. 6279 - School Impact Fees
(Snyder/Chamberlain – 15 minutes)
Summary: Amendments to Sections 19.02.115, 19.02.120, 19.02.130 and 19.02.140 of
the Auburn City Code relating to school impact fees.
