they are hereby aulhorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
Face of said plati, to the effect that said plat has 6een examined and approved
hy this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and he in force five (5)
days from and after its passage,approval and publir.ation, as provided by law.
