RESOLUTION NO. 4529
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn Information Services Department has a number
of items which are no longer of use to the City; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of it by
auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part, through gift to
another governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non-profit entity, as deemed
most expedient by the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus, and the
Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through appropriate sale or
donation to another governmental agency or charitable non-profit entity.

2- Symetrix Multi-line Telephone Interface 104A Obsolete/non-usable radio station equipment
1- Symetrix Broadcast Telephone System 108AObsolete/non-usable radio station equipment
3- Broadcast Monitor Intercoms SMI-5 Obsolete/non-usable radio station equipment
1- AM Transmitter/TRC Remote Control System Obsolete/non-usable radio station equipment
1- VHS Tape Player/record/rack mounted Obsolete/non-usable radio station equipment
1- Primus Audio Output device ° Obsolete/non-usable radio station equipment
1- Dynamic SiBalance Controller Orban Obsolete/non-usable radio station equipment

Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force upon
passage and signatures hereon.
