NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY DIRECTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Auburn City Council at
7:30 p.m., Monday, March 1, 2010, in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 25 West Main
Street, Auburn, Washington, on the following:
Application No. V04-09
A petition for vacation of the alley south of West Main Street and west of G Street SW,
surrounded by Parcel No. 3915000005, in the City of Auburn has been filed by two-thirds or more
of the property owners abutting that portion of right-of-way sought to be vacated. The right-of-
way sought to be vacated is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Any interested person is invited to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the vacation.
Non-English speaking residents wishing to review documents pertaining to the request should
contact the City of Auburn Public Works Department at (253) 931-3010. Citizens with speech,
sight or hearing disabilities wishing to review documents should contact the City of Auburn
within 10 calendar days prior to the Council meeting, as to the type of service or equipment
needed. Each request will be considered individually according to the type of request, the
availability of resources and the financial ability of the City to provide the requested services or
equipment.

THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M., IN
KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT "A", CITY OF AUBURN
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NUMBER LLA03-005, RECORDED UNDER
